My BT

Hi. I'm struggling to log in to my BT to see my details and billing information. It tells me that my ID is not recognised 3ven though I was allowed to change my password couple of times. I can't log in to outdoor/ public BT WiFi either...

Any ideas what I can do, please? Thanks

Hi @mkukier, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Sorry that you're having trouble viewing your account online. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache or using a different device?
Do you have more than one account linked to your BTID?

Hi John. Many thanks for your reply. I have just cleared the recommend just in case. Still doesn't work... I have tried different devices. My mobile, couple of laptops and it simply gives me the same message. This is my first BT account as I have only joined end of September.
