FTTP
why is it taking so long to fit FTTP to my house ordered on 18/11/22 now22/12/2022 at first was told fitting on out side will be done on the 3/12/2022 since then been put back every day now told might be done on the 18/1/2023

Probably because Openreach are very busy at this time of the year.
When you ordered your broadband package, did BT give you an activation date?

only gave estimated 5 of dec since then got pushed back every day

There is not much you can do, apart from wait for Openreach to complete all of the work.
You could ask BT to loan you a 4G mini hub with data, assuming you have a good 4G signal.

Post the survey results for your address from this site , below the type of service and predicted speeds should show this info , if there is any known potential issues ( like line of site on overhead or potentially blocked duct on underground ) it should be displayed, and if KCI2 then it’s necessary to survey to check what’s needed before the actual contractual install date

what's the point in laying FTTP and then telling you that you can now order then saying it will take up to 3 months to fit is this a koke on be half of openreach
