I had by broadband installed one week ago today, and the engineer said that he was surprised we weren’t offered full fibre, but I didn’t have the option. He said there was space on the pole for us to have fibre but weren’t given the option from BT. Both neighbours have access to full fibre, we seem to be the only address who can’t have it?
could this be something to do with how our address is listed, this is what he said.
