Removal of old account from profile.

I have an old redundant service registered against my account which is causing issues with the management of my new active services. Could this old service be removed from my account. Many Thanks.

Could you check again now? Make sure you log out and then in again to pick up the change.

Hiya Darren, no the old account EM* (from 2021) is still showing as the default account.

Ok, thought that might be the case.
When the accounts are marked as closed I can delete them, but for some reason that one still shows open. I've asked for help to see if I can get my permissions extended to help clean up.

The general advice now is to create a new BT ID with a different email address. Is that an option for you?

I could set up a new BT ID but would my active products be visible against an alternate ID?

When you create the new one, select the option to make it the account holder. Everything will then transfer across to it.
