I don’t know whether anyone else has come across this, but I received an email from BT stating that I had changed my package. I contacted BT Chat and was told that this was done via a BT shop. I haven’t stepped inside a BT shop for years. I had understood that the person had chat had cancelled the change. I then received another email stating my new hub is on it’s way! I contacted Chat again and was told that they couldn’t cancel it and I would need to call BT. I have just done this and established that it may have been done in an EE Store. Has this happened to anyone else?
