My extra and EETV

Morning 2 questions I am struggling with.

1- I do not seem to be able to find/view the  'Manage your extras' tab. This tab does not appear on my page nor on my app on my phone. Apparently I need to get there to remove the parental control which I do not need.

2- After the box update from BT box to EE box, the volume control keeps appearing on tv after installing my sonos Beam sound bar - How do I stop the volume display from popping up every 10 seconds?

2. I had that I cant for the life of me think how I fixed it other than turning something off. I think Google maybe you friend. Think it was either the ARC setting on my TV or I used a different HDMI port that was not ARC enabled.
