Please could someone help me with my problem
I have been unable to login to myBT for over 6 weeks now
Numerous calls and emails have not resolved the issue
My complaint has now been closed but the issue still remains
I am stuck in a loop it accepts my user name and password then says account inactive
And bumps me back to sign in screen
I have tried clearing cache uninstall and reinstall rebooted phone tried tablet and pc nothing works
Any help would be much appreciated

there are numerous post on forum with same problem if you look. unfortunately the forum mods do not have account access so you need to phone CS 03301234150 again or you can try billing using message now in this link and see if they can help or connect you with someone that can

I'm in a similar predictament and against my will I was told they were closing the complaint too and it could take up to six months to fix which isn't acceptable, especially as we are paying for this service. I've gone to the ombudsman now and you should too.

I have now managed to get on
When it presented me with the screen where it said account inactive l clicked on bills and payments top left
It took me into edit details which I completed without any changes and I was able to see my account
