NOW TV subscription

Hello,

NOW TV was added to my subscription a few years ago, but I never released until the other day that I was paying for it? I saw it on as an app ages ago went into it and couldn't watch anything so never bothered; assuming it was something I had to pay additionally for. Having looked at it again I realised you actually have to activate it (which I haven't done)

As I have paid a monthly subscription to something I've never used (which can be verified by my non-activation) can I get a refund?

Hi @sid66666, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. 
What BT TV package do you have? The Now TV app is part of your BT TV package but you don't have to activate it. You should be able to watch the channels in your Now subscription on your BT TV box without having to set up the app.
