Dear sir or madam
I have recently ordered a full fibre 150 package, with the engineer scheduled to come on the 27th December, to install.
However. It seems I'm not getting and confirmation emails. I received a text message saying thank you for your order, but I have not received an confirmation email, with my order details.
Also I cannot log in to my BTid that I set up as I have not got the verification email. I have clicked resend, but nothing has come through.
So I though I'd check using the order reference (thankfully I wrote it down, when I filling things out).
However, when I enter this reference, nothing comes up in the list.
All I want is confirmation that my order has gone through smoothly, and to get into my BTid account.
So far not a great start, (maybe I shouldn't have switched).
Any help/advice would be much appreciated

It is probably because your order has not been forwarded to Openreach. I am in a similar position with Digital Voice.
Digital Voice has nothing to do with Openreach.
