Need to cancel Mum's account as she has moved to a nursing home.

Hi

My mother has entered a nursing home so we need to cancel her home package. She doesn't use the phone, so can she send an email or letter to Cancel? Which address should she use?

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

You would not be able to cancel via email or letter, it has to be done by phone, and normally requires a POA.

I will ask a moderator to assist with this. One will post here.
