Today I was sold a faster broadband package by BT / EE but didn't realise it would involve instal of fibre.
I dont' want to change from the broadband I already have. We live in a listed building and do not want any more holes drilled. I have tried phoning the BT helpline but no answer. How can I cancel the appointment and keep existing broadband?
The openreach link only has an option to change or accept.
