Noticed recently (and mentioned to lady last week when re-contracting, just for info) that if you go through the BT website via this route "Broadband" > "BT Broadband deals" then based on your address pick a broadband package and "Customise package" - if you add a TV package there is no option at all to upgrade from the Basic Netflix with ad's tier anywhere .... I'm damn sure there used to be?
However if going via "Broadband" > "EE broadband deals" OR "TV" > "TV and broadband deals" you do get the option via either of those two routes to change / upgrade from the basic Netflix plan once you've added a TV package... as indeed you also do if going direct from the EE website.
Just thought I'd mention it.
