Please ring back Jim. I have had a reasonable BT offer from a lovely lady called Rebecca at the Sheffield Call Centre I believe (she is a credit to the company). I can't call you back on 0800 0285085. Thanks

Tom from Lancaster Call Centre has now sorted this ! Well done B.T/ Tom! By the way, Mr Drahi/ BT Board please do not sell the family jewels. If you want to increase revenue, please squeeze those other organisations that use BTs infrastructure - surely their contracts are expiring soon  (leave us loyal old customers alone!). Cheers
