I signed up with a new BT broadband fibre account in Oct 2021 via the Topcashback website with an offer of £145 cashback unfortunately 3mths on it still shows pending which is confusing as we then in Nov 2021 took a SIM only plan for our son again with BT via the Topcashback website and this cashback offer has been marked confirmed? If anyone has experienced this same issue please advise how I can get this resolved, thank you.
