New Customers BT Full Fibre 100, 500, 900 Cash back be declined

Hi, I sent the cash back claim December 2022, and provide my order number begin with VOL, but until now it still shows "waiting for Retailer", Could anyone please give me any help?

have you tried phoning CS 03301234150 and see if they can help you or explain delay

It took my cashback three months to go from "Waiting for Retailer" to approved and payable.
