I have not been able to claim my £50 gift card, been nearly 2 months so far! When I phone help line I am advised that it will appear in my account, it hasn't! Getting annoyed now. How do I claim the gift card?

I am sorry that you are having trouble getting the reward card.
If you have not received it yet, it would be something that our Account & Billing guides should be chasing for you.
I understand that you have spoken with the team already, but they would be the best people to get it resolved for you, as they can access your account to send a chase.
