New customer text from open reach

Hi I am a new customer and I've had this message from openreach. I'm not able to reply so I'm not sure what to do. I can't seem to find a phone number to ring as none of the options match what I need. Can you please help. Thank you

Yeah, seen no end of people reporting the same problem online so you’re definitely not alone.

Also given what I’ve been seeing/hearing these past few months even if you did manage to reply, ‘Yes’ it’s still a 50/50 chance they’ll show up.

They actually just sent me another message and it let me message yes to that. No idea why it suddenly started working.
