I have seen a lot of topics saying people can't access their free Xbox subscription once upgraded their broadband. I'm one of them. The email sent by BT is asking to access Content Partner section in My Account, which is not available for me.
Can someone help me with this please?
Do you have more than 1 BT account?
Have you paid bill since upgrade?
You need to use pc/laptop to see content partners
Yes, I had a couple of bills paid since the upgrade.
I've checked on PC too, no sign of the quoted section in My BT
