No connection after nearly a month

Hello, me and my family had a BT technician and open reach team come out and do all the bits and bobs inside and out of the house about a month ago, Bt has been of no help as to fixing it, provided no updates, and only say “we have a specialist team working on it”.  Our internet was supposed to be activated on the day of the technician, and even he said so, he also said the cabling to the house was messed up by the open reach team, and I’ve tried to contact BT, and so has the account owner linked to the BT account, but it’s been impossible to get any answer or fixes, and the more time goes on, the more annoyed I’m getting with it all. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks!
