Hello,
I have recently just moved to BT Broadband and got an email 10 days ago to say that I have 12 months game pass ultimate ready to redeem now.
I am going to My BT > Your Products and there is no content partner section that I can see there, Ive looked through every section that I can and can't see anywhere to claim the game pass.
After reading through other posts on here with people having a similar issue I have checked and I do have the account holder status, I do not have any other accounts associated to my email address but I have not been able to see any content partner section for the 10 days since I got the email telling me the gmae pass was ready to claim.
Is there anyone able to help me with this?

Hi @edwardss, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't claim your Game Pass.
Are you checking on the web www.bt.com/mybt as it can't be claimed on the app?
