I have just had a new broadband service started but I don’t have a content partner section to claim the XBox pass or the £50 digital credit. The details in my account don’t show my current subscription. I also have misophonia & hyperacusis so struggle to use the phone and there doesn’t seem to be any form of online help.
You need to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.
