No response after claiming reward card

I also have had this problem. I claimed my reward card on 8 May but have had no response to email. I called purecard who told me BT had not sent a request. When you call the number on the BT website there isn’t even an option for this issue. 
Is there another number to call? Many thanks

Welcome to the BT Community and thanks for your post!  I have moved your post to create your own thread discussion as the thread you had posted on has already been marked as solved.
