No returns bag being sent

[JG2022]

I've recently changed my package and being asked to return the router (same address).

Requested a bag a month ago but nothing received. Requested three times more and still not received one but continue to receive texts reminding me to return the kit.

Any advice to sort this without having to call and go on hold for ages?
