Just to confirm, since you haven't mentioned it specifically, but are you checking via the website or via the MyBT App?
As I believe you cannot redeem this via the App, it has to be via the website. The process should be something like: login MyBT to www.bt.com with your BTID details, navigate to Your Products then look for Content Partner there.
