I've joined BT Mobile with a SIM card several months ago. I have a BT ID and want to add my account to MyBT, so I could view my bills and also switch international data roaming, i.e., Roam Like Home on.
When I add my account it says it has been added, and might take 5 minutes to show, but it doesn't ever show. Even though the message has the option to go back to MyBT (in the yellow section), it just brings me back to add an account.
Can anyone help me get this sorted?
