Not received £50 BT voucher

Hi. I've still not received the promised £50 Amazon voucher and neither has the referrer. Signed up through the RAF link and have received nothing since the confirmation email 4 months ago from yourselves back on 26th August of last year:

"Congratulations - you've been successfully referred to BT Broadband.

Once your first bill has been paid, your £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card should be with you in the next 30 days."

Paid multiple bills and still no email or details of vouchers for either myself or referrer. Checked spam folder. Both still customers so not in cancellation periods. Can a mod please send me a private message and help fix this asap as I've been waiting over 4 months now and stalling Amazon orders I need until I get the voucher.

@joeburton1991 Welcome to the community and thanks for your post, the vouchers should have been emailed by now and I apologise for the delay. I've sent you a private message so you can send over your details to the moderation team and we'll raise a case with the voucher team.
