Notice given to end contract on 16th Feb, but already no service

After getting help here to end my contract early I've given notice to end landline and broadband on 16 Feb, and have received confirmation email from BT confirming these details.

However the services seems to have stopped already, the landline is dead and when calling from another number it give ringtone but the home phone doesn't ring. Also there is no broadband, (no sync).

I used the BT website to check if there was a fault, as there could be a fault coincidentally despite a cease in place, and the message gave me the impression that unable to proceed as there was an order in process.

I don't mind that service may have ended early, but all info from BT is that it should cease on 16th Feb, and of course  I will be billed up to that date.

Could someone look into this for me please?

Update, I got a fault report request in and confirmed there is a fault outside the home and will be getting an engineer out to fix it.
