I added BT TV (or should it be EE TV) to my broadband package a few months ago and chose the option to move my existing Now TV Entertainment membership across to my EETV package. This worked fine at first but after trying to use it a few days ago it tells me that I need to upgrade to access it.
I checked on NowTV itself and while my Sport and Boost products are still in place the Entertainment element no longer is. I was under the impression that my access to this would remain in place. Does anyone know if this is an error of some kind and if there is some way I can fix it?
Any help would be much appreciated. If you need any further info just let me know.
