Hi, i have ordered a VIP tv package today and within the order summary i noticed the sales guy put in .co.uk instead of .com for my email address for my now TV id.
I contacted BT directly but they did not seem to know what to do. Can a moderator please contact me to fix my now tv email id and resend now tv activation to my correct email address.
i don’t want to cancel the order and re order again if its not complicated to fix please.
