A strange question but is it supposed to say that the Now packages I have that are billed by BT expire each month. I am worried that when I cancelled a Now Hayu trial through BT that I in fact cancelled my whole Now channels.

@jlemaitre83 I think that is quite normal. Ie the Now app view of a subscription billed via a third party (BT) is that the third party would inform them of any changes. So you manage your Now subscription thru BT that will continue each month until you cancel or change it with BT. So it is the MYBT app that should have details of your TV packages and any extras . So if the MyBt app information reflects your current package then you should see the Now app continue to update your membership at monthly intervals.
