Old Order still showing as open, unable to close

Hi,

I have an old order showing as 'Open order' on my account. I've called and spoken to BT 5 times, each time they have tried to cancel it and said they have. It is not disappearing and it means I am unable to view/alter my services/packages. Can any admins etc help me remove this?
