Online billing

I have tried for months to access online billing.

I receive an email every month telling me my bill is ready to view but when I login I just go round in circles and end up at the same page.

I downloaded the app thinking that may help but no joy. How on earth do I view itemised billing please. Going bald here!

do you have more than one BT account - maybe and old account not used now

No, we just allow it to be paid by dd but I would like to look something up and can’t access it at all. I will,request to go back on paper bills because it shouldn’t be this difficult. I should be able to click the link in the email they send every month and just see it. I see I am not the only person to have this problem.

No it’s the only account for our broadband and landline.

What happens when you click the link in the email from BT?

You should be taken to a login page for your BT account, once you have logged in you should then be able to see the Bills page.

It takes me to a login page. I login, coloured balls jump up and down and then it takes me to a generic page. I click on see my bill and I get to the page in the photo. From there I chase my tail but can never actually get to a bill. I downloaded the My BT app thinking that would help but no joy. How can it be this difficult to view your bill? My mum is with talktalk, I login to her account and there’s the bill. 388BD7B3-576A-40FB-992E-6D98C3B5B5CA.jpegthinking that would help but no joy. 🤷‍♀️

Hi @elliem I'm sorry about that, sounds like a fault will need to be raised with the BT.com team. I'd recommend reporting it to a billing guide using the message now option on this link Broadband | BT Help

I think there is a possibility you are selecting the wrong link?

According to the screenshot you supplied in your response you selected the Help button when logged into My BT. If instead of the Help button you need to select the MyBT button which is next to the Help button. 

This will bring up a page part of which is shown below, from there you can select your bills:

No, this is the page it takes me to when I log in to my BT and try to see my bill. Honestly I have tried every which way, every link, this is when I click on the link in the email they send me to see my bill online. It really is quite ridiculous but never mind. I think I give up now.

as I said, k have the My BT app,which should take me straight to my bill but no sign of it. 🤷‍♀️
