Anybody know how to switch back to online billing. BT keep sending email of new bill notification to an old email address so I thought if I switch to paper and then back to online it would ask me to confirm the email address....NO! Now no matter how many times I change it back to online only it changes back to online and post. Worst thing as there going to charge ne £3.00 a month for their incompetence.
Anyone know why myBT app keeps telling me my BT ID doesn't exist and when I try to register it tells me it already exists? I can log in on a laptop using it but the app is total **bleep**.
Hi @Orac-_-01 I'm sorry, these problems are likely related, I would recommend messaging the billing team on this link for assistance. They will be able to switch you to online billing only and check the BT ID issues you're having.
