Open Order.

So I'm trying to upgrade to Fiber 900 but on Thursday Digital Voice is going live. 

 

BT over the phone are saying they are unavailable to see the Fiber 900 package and say they are unable to process an order due to digital voice.

 

Is this right or should i be able to start the order?

Only one order can be progressed at a time, so you will have to wait until the move to DV has been completed.
