Open order,, please cancel

Hi all.

 

Placed a order to upgrade then canceled same day as realised had ordered the wrong thing.

 

It shows as open order but says its been cancled on it. 

This was last Wednesday, I have spoke on phone a few times and just keel being told it takes 24 hours.

 

Can a mod on here go into my account and close it please so I can re order right 1

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators. They will take about three days before they can even pick up any request.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

Been 8 days now still open and have rang bt numerous times.... disappointing
