Xbox gamepass not showing

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem.  I've been a BT broadband customer for 20 years and have recently upgraded to FFTP with the XBOX pass.

I've received the email saying I can claim it, but I can't find it in the MyBT webpage.  I note that the account number in the corner is the same as my old one (I wouldn't expect it to change).

Can you please advise?

I'm sorry you haven't been able to add the Game Pass included with your Broadband package. If you send me your details, I'll be able to help you get that added.
