Open reach engineer didn't install wifi

I have been struggling to get the broadband installed in my student accommodation. 

 

The openreach engineer was supposed to arrive between 1pm and 6pm on the 18th of September 2024. This did not happen. We have been having this issue for 2 months. 

 

When is the next availability for an open reach engineer to installed our wifi

Unfortunately, you are not talking directly to BT here.  This is a customer to customer help forum and the only BT employees are the moderators, who are a small team and very busy.  It is unlikely anyone can answer your question so  I suggest you phone customer services on 0330 1234 150.  That will get you a quicker response.
