Due between 8-1 today. No sign of anyone.
Called BT who said there is still a small chance of someone showing up. Do i just call BT to rearrange an appointment?
Had nothing but issues with Openreach. Been waiting for installation since last May.

If you have been waiting for so long , presumably there are significant issues causing the delay , have you seen or have any knowledge of ‘work’ being done by OR or a contractor working on their behalf, to resolve whatever the problem is ?, if the issues stopping the provision haven’t been addressed, then OR won’t resource the job with an installer simply for them to turn up any tell you ‘face to face’ that their are still issues to be addressed, OR should advise the provider (BT) who should let you know, unfortunately this doesn’t always happen.
If you have been waiting since May , presumably you have been given some indication what the issues are , perhaps you can give some details etc.
Lots of exterior work needed to be done, coupled with NUMEROUS delays by Openreach.
According to notes, all exterior work is finished. Today was the first time that I had gotten as far as an appointment for an engineer to come round. Then nobody showed up...
