Hi all. I've ordered full fibre. Had a survey done day after I ordered it. I was told they need to dig up the path and garden to run fibre. I was meant to be live on 14th November. They have not even started any work yet. Cant get hold of anyone at openreach.

You would not be able to speak to Openreach.
All you can do is to chase up BT Retail to see what the new date is for your broadband package to be activated. Quite often this sort of work is delayed many weeks or in some cases, months.
I have done this but they just keep delaying the activation date. Feel like just cancelling it and staying as I am.
