My wifi has been activated for a few weeks, had email and text regarding the free xbox ultimate pass. Followed all instructions i can find on BT community but it still isn't showing up when I sign in to BT on computer or app. Can anyone help me please

is your order marked completed in MYBT
do you have an old account with BT so now have 2 accounts?
has your first bill been paid?
you need to use pc/laptop to access MYBT not an app
my order is completed, internet has been running for a month, bill has been paid, only one account with bt and i have been using my laptop to look at my account.....any other suggestions? i have tried to ring bt but get passed around different automated messages and then cut off.
