BT set up an appointment for Openreach to install superfast broadband on Feb. 3, between 8.00 and 13.00. I waited in all day but no engineer despite being told that the job was scheduled for that day. Finally, I was told that the engineer had arrived but there was more civil work needed.
Offered another appointment on Feb. 18. Exactly the same happened. I was told that an engineer would arrive but was running late. No show again. I’d wasted another day.
Offered a new date of March 1st. If they install then, I will have been without broadband for a month.
My line has been disconnected so I can't no chance go back to my old provider.
Is there anything I can do to stop the same thing happening again?
