A few weeks ago we noticed we had an option get higher speed internet for our flat. (Fiber)
so we got it upgraded using now. Now said Engineer visit to home was not needed and it will be activated on this date.
but activation never happened so on multiple follow ups with now, they said our order has been rejected by openreach no reason provided. We waited for a few days to get the order cancelled and have placed a new order with BT again 10 days waiting time.
Is there a way to find why the order was rejected by openreach?

This forum is for BT retail broadband customers. If Now are your broadband provider you should post on their forum and seek advice there as they will be the only company who can check why your order failed.
