Account Number

I only use the broadband and don’t use a phone and I got my bill email but I can’t sign in without a bt number for some reason what should I do

Hi @Ringmaster, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. 

Once your order is placed you should receive email confirmation of your order. The order number and account number are listed on this email. So check if you still have it and you will find the account number there. 

Then you'll be able to set up your BTID and view your bill etc. What is a BT ID and how can I get one? | BT Help
