Hello, on the 28th of February I upgraded from fibre 500 to fibre 900, it processed my order and said that it would be completed on the 29th of February. When I go into my track my order on the app it states it’s still open and my current product is still 500. Also speed test indicates it still on the 500 product.
i was still in contract until June with my 500 but assumed that because i am signing up to a new contract this would not be an issue. Could anyone shed any light on this issue if it has happened to them.
