Orders - BT Reward Card

Last month I purchased and started a contract with BT for their broadband, and one of the reasons I've switched to them was because of an offer they had, which included a £50 BT Reward Card. However, I've gone onto their rewards page but unfortunately their is nothing to claim. What should I do?

You would be best talking to the Rewards Team directly about this.
