PS5 Offer

Hi there I've just had an email today offering me a link to buy a PS5, I clicked on the link provided and logged into the homepage for my account.

I was told to look for the 'My Offers' under the  MyBT but I can't find it.

 Any Idea's ?

It probably was not wise to click on a link in an email and use it to enter your login details, as its most likely a scam, there are lots of these sent by people trying to get your account details so they can impersonate you, or access your emails.

BT would only ask you to login to your account the normal way, and not provide you with a link to click on.

Hover your mouse over the link in the email, and see which domain it points to. If its not BT, then change your password right away.

It was a valid BT.com address the link went to, and the password manager confirmed it was a correct log-in page.

I have however as a precaution changed my password anyway
