Paying for Netflix when I have an Entertainment Package

I was unaware that Netflix was included with the Entertainment Package and have been paying £5.99 per month for it for over a year now.

I am afraid I find it very difficult to understand the bills that BT send me, so I may be mistaken in this, but my bill definitely shows 

Entertainment Package £9.99

Netflix Standard with ads £5.99

Any advice ?
