I have tried to look at new deals but unable to do this as have a pending order dating back to March 2022 regarding new router for broadband. This was fixed in a visit from your technician in Feb 2022. However, the order is still saying pending. How can I get this resolved so that I can see any new potential deals.
Have you tried phoning CS 03301234150 and see if they can help you remove the pending order..
