Pending request for account manager

Hi, I have made a request to access my elderly parents account, the request is pending. How can I access the account to help them? They have no mobile number of email address. Thank you

Hi @Liz0104, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. 

As your parents have no contact details set up have you tried setting up the account as the account holder for them? Create BT ID
