Hello.
I'm coming to the end of my contract and want to review my TV package options but when I go to Your Products > TV and Sport I get the following error message:
Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment
This error has persisted for a while now so not confident it will fix itself!
Other posters seem to have required a BT team member to fix some account linking issue in the background...
Any help much appreciated.
